Bio

Julie has spoken internationally and nationally on her research regarding successful leadership, emotional intelligence and personality type. She incorporates the results of this research into unique client workshops that increase leadership effectiveness and support effective personal development. Julie supports the work of community organizations by conducting strategic planning retreats with their boards. She is qualified to administer and interpret a number of leadership assessments, including the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory and the BarOn Emotional Intelligence Inventory. Julie is Level II Certified with Six Second’s Emotional Intelligence Program/SEI and conducts True Colors workshops. She is also a professionally trained mediator.
