Consortium Leadership Programs
TRI offers “Consortium Programs” for selected clients. These 3 day programs allow you to register for one or more tables of 6 participants for an event along with other non competing companies. Key benefits of the consortium approach are that you do not need to design and deliver a full program in house. For existing clients especially smaller businesses this is a great opportunity to participate in a world class development program. For new clients this can be a very effective and low cost way to experience the TRI approach first hand and gather valuable feedback for a future client specific program. Lastly, the Consortium approach offers significant cross learning between the member companies on leadership, business processes, and best practices. The next TRI – Monitor Group Consortium will take place July 13 – 15 in the San Francisco Bay Area.
TRI Consortium Programs feature the identical tried and tested experiential learning design of our client specific programs. Features include:
- a robust and highly competitive business simulation;
- real world operations reviews from executives
- lectures and discussions with TRI faculty and participating company executives
- case work and leadership vignettes
- one on one project coaching from peers and faculty
- peer feedback sessions
- A private breakout room for each of your teams of six
- Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for three days
- All Audio/Visual and computing services necessary to run the simulation
- Travel and living expenses for your participants are not included. Discounted hotel rates are available.
